NYC Dyke March

  • Bryant Park, 5th Ave & 40th St, NYC 40.752604, -73.981973 (map)

The NYC Dyke March will step off from Bryant Park at 5pm on June 27 and continue down 5th Avenue to Washington Square Park.

Thousands of Dykes take the streets each year in celebration of beautiful and diverse Dyke lives, to highlight the presence of Dykes within our community, and in protest of the discrimination, harassment, and violence faced in schools, on the job, and in our communities.

Experience the unforgettable energy of Fogo Azul NYC, New York’s premier samba reggae drumline, as we bring the heartbeat to the annual NYC Dyke March.

***Fogo Azul *** bangs out the big brash Brazilian beats at 5:00 pm, ending in Washington Square Park with a set of powerful rhythms!
